The summer holiday season has already started. Yeah, it’s not the peak yet. However, July and August are almost here, so most of us will have the time that we dreamed about and planned for a while. Luggage packing time too before all pleasures πŸ™‚

What about sportswear in you luggage? Will you pack it? Or you will think “I take it every time and never use, it just takes priceless place which can be used for extra shoes or dress” πŸ™‚ Have you ever thought like this? I guess most of us did πŸ™‚ So.. Sports vs Lazy holiday mood fight. How to make sports the winner? πŸ™‚

Firstly, pack your sportswear. It must to be in your luggage πŸ™‚ Secondly, decide which time of the day is best for you to do sports. When I am on holidays I always do sports in the mornings. Why? In order to feel good and to be calm that I already did what I have to do πŸ™‚ I don’t know if it works for you, but try. Anything else? Well, think of those extra calories that you get on holidays.. Oh yeah, you must burn them πŸ™‚ And finally, don’t force yourself to do crazy hard trainings. It’s holidays! Keep moving, but let yourself to do that in easier way than always πŸ™‚
